Zoya Khan is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR management and organizational strategies. Currently serving as a Senior HR and Marketing Manager at Xynotech since October 2020, Zoya is responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, employee benefits, and compensation plans. Previous roles include Senior Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Manager at Xynotech, where Zoya emphasized a high-performance culture and managed recruitment processes.
