Cynthia OBrien

Cynthia OBrien has over 25 years of work experience in the Human Resources field. Cynthia began their career in 1994 as an HR Generalist at MTS Sensors Division. In 2010, they worked as an HR Generalist at Spectraforce, and as a Retirement Benefits Counselor at the Dept of State Treasurer. Cynthia was also a Contractor at Eaton Corporation and The Bob Barker Company in 2010 and 2015, respectively. From 2012 to 2014, Cynthia worked as an HR Business Partner at Securadyne Systems. From 2016 to 2018, they were an HR Coordinator and HR Manager at Quality Equipment.

Cynthia OBrien obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) in General Studies from Rockingham Community College between 1987 and 1989. Cynthia then went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business Management from North Carolina State University between 1989 and 1991. In November 2004, they obtained a PHR certification from HRCI.
