Mike Morgan

Mike Morgan has over 20 years of work experience in the staffing and recruiting industry. In 1995, they began their career as an IT Recruiter for Aerotek/Maxim Group. Mike then moved to Yoh, A Day & Zimmermann Company in 1996, where they continued to recruit IT professionals. In 1997, they became a Business Development Manager for Decision Consultants, where they were responsible for maintaining and increasing account and revenue streams. In 2001, they took on the role of Senior Business Development Manager for Accentuate Staffing, where they were responsible for securing new clients, negotiating contracts, motivating the recruiting team, and maintaining relationships with client companies.

Mike Morgan attended the University of North Carolina Wilmington, where they obtained a BA in Psychology. Prior to this, they attended Walter M. Williams High School.
