Tanpreet Anand has a wealth of work experience. Tanpreet began their career in 2014 as an Operations Consultant at Uber, where they were one of the first four members of the Uber Pune team and contributed to setting the operations process from scratch. Tanpreet then took on the role of Operations Coordinator, leading a five-member street team to go on-road and convert local drivers to Uber drivers, onboarding 150+ drivers month-over-month. In 2016, they moved to Jugnoo as a City Manager, where they grew the city from 300 daily Autorickshaw trips to 1200 trips in a span of six months and launched new products such as Jugnoo Delivery and Jugnoo Meals. In 2018, they joined Xos Trucks as an Operations and Business Development Manager, developing relationships and managing the complete sales cycle and generating business worth $1.2M USD. Currently, they are a Business Development Lead at Citylitics Inc., where they support, trains and mentors other BDRs, works cross-functionally with Client Success and Marketing to develop their biggest clients, and coordinates with the Director of Sales to explore new markets and use cases for product offerings.

Tanpreet Anand has obtained a variety of educational qualifications over the years. In 2020, they completed a Tech Sales course with Uvaro. In 2018-2019, they earned a Masters in Business in Supply Chain from the University of California, Los Angeles. In 2017-2018, they obtained a Micromasters Credential in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. From 2012-2015, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and a Diploma in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Symbiosis College of Arts & Commerce. They also obtained an HSC from Symbiosis College of Arts & Commerce in 2012-2015. Finally, they earned an SSC from Vidya Bhavan High School and Junior College in 1999-2010. Additionally, they obtained a Sales Certified - Software as a Service Solutions certification from Uvaro in July 2020.
