Allison Tegtmeier

Allison Tegtmeier is an operations improvement leader with expertise in digital transformation, innovation acceleration, and the design and implementation of operational frameworks. They previously worked as a project manager at Corteva, where they oversaw system integrations and cost-reduction initiatives amounting to over $40 million. At Zenith Products, Allison managed picking and shipping operations and developed training processes, while at DuPont Pioneer, they facilitated productivity efforts across multiple plants. Currently, Allison is focused on delivery excellence and operations transformation at Accenture, and they are pursuing a BS and M.Eng in Industrial Engineering at the University of Louisville.
