Aurélie Maysonnave

Aurélie Maysonnave is a seasoned Human Resources Partner at Accenture, with a focus on talent strategy and HR processes since January 2017. Responsibilities include developing talent strategies for business growth, leading performance reviews, and coaching over 200 individuals. Maysonnave has also served as Local HR Lead, where duties included employee integration and local HR program implementation, and as a Business Consultant in the oil and gas sector. Prior experiences encompass project management at Société Générale and volunteer ICT coordination for UEFA EURO 2016. Maysonnave holds a Master of Science in Project and Programme Management from SKEMA Business School, along with a Bachelor of Science in International Business from NEOMA Business School and an economics degree from Halmstad University.
