Cynthia L. Coker is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in market development, mergers and acquisitions, and digital consultancy. Currently serving as Principal Director for Market Development and Principal Strategy Director for Mergers & Acquisitions at Accenture since March 2022, Coker advises clients throughout the M&A lifecycle and provides strategic consulting to C-level executives and boards. As an Advisor, Investor, and Board Director at 2 VENTURES since 2018, Coker focuses on investment banking and private equity. Coker founded and led N2M as Chief Executive Officer from 2007 to 2022, establishing it as an award-winning digital consultancy. Previous roles include Principal at DXC Technology and Founder and CEO of AG Group.
