Dimple Pahuja Arora

Dimple Pahuja Arora is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business transformation and operations. Currently serving as Managing Director of Business Transformation at Accenture since July 2021, Dimple has been instrumental in driving organizational change. Prior to Accenture, Dimple held multiple leadership roles at Genpact from June 2007, including Chief of Ops/Chief of Staff for Digital, Vice President of Process Excellence/Operations, and AVP-Master Black Belt, focusing on quality and transformation across various sectors such as finance and information technology. Dimple's career began at GE Capital, where responsibilities included product management in the Personal Loans division, followed by a role at SBI Card managing insurance products. Dimple holds a PGPM in Marketing/Marketing Management from MDI, completed in 2000.
