Espen Sletteng-Fagerli

Espen Sletteng-Fagerli is a seasoned professional in software and platform engineering with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Software and Platform Engineering Lead for the Nordics at Accenture since May 2025, Sletteng-Fagerli previously held significant positions at Avanade from August 2009 to May 2025, including Nordics Solution Area Lead for Applications & Infrastructure and Director & CTO for Norway. Earlier career experience includes roles as an Enterprise Architect at Storebrand and Microsoft, as well as at Storebrand from 1997 to 2004. Sletteng-Fagerli's educational background includes studies at BI Norwegian Business School and Nord University.
