Joe Shields

Joe Shields is an experienced Agile delivery specialist proficient in project management, Scrum methodology, and coaching. Currently serving as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, and Project Manager at Accenture since January 2020, Joe previously held the role of Project Manager at Fairway Technologies from December 2017 to January 2020. Joe's expertise in database administration was honed at Solekai Systems from December 2011 to January 2020, where responsibilities included developing and maintaining a database for the UltraViolet digital rights authentication and licensing system and managing an engineering team for product development. Joe's career began as a Senior Test Engineer at Solekai Systems from 2004 to 2011, focusing on Bitstream testing for Set-Top box development. Joe holds an Associate's Degree in Graphic Design from Cuyamaca College and an AA in Liberal Arts from Corning Community College.
