Jonathan Ackrill

Jonathan Ackrill has extensive experience in HR analytics and recruitment, having held various leadership positions at Accenture from November 2013 to September 2020. As the Global HR Analytics Innovation Lead, Jonathan managed a team of 30 HR professionals and data specialists across multiple continents, overseeing the delivery of digital reports and leading the implementation of Workday Reporting. Previously, Jonathan led a team of 20 in Recruitment Operations and HR Analytics, focusing on digitizing recruitment reporting and driving data insights for regions including the UK and North America. Earlier roles at the Ministry of Justice UK included Resourcing Coordinator, Recruitment Officer, and Senior HR Advisor, where Jonathan was responsible for recruitment services and managing HR queries. Jonathan's early experience as a Careers Advisor at Tribal Group involved coaching workshops for prisoners. Jonathan holds an MA in Philosophy from the University of Bristol and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from the University of Warwick.
