Lakshmi Chandrasekharan

Lakshmi Chandrasekharan has over two decades of experience in human resources, primarily with Accenture from January 2003 to June 2024, where roles have included Senior Managing Director - CHRO and Managing Director - HR Lead for Accenture in India. Prior to joining Accenture, Lakshmi worked at HRiGATE Global Solutions from January 1998 to January 2003 and at Nestlé from June 1996 to July 1998. Lakshmi holds an MBA in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur and a B.Sc in Economics from Presidency University, Kolkata. Specializations include talent management, inclusion, and diversity.
