Lakshmi Chandrasekharan

Lakshmi Chandrasekharan currently serves as the Senior Managing Director and CHRO for Accenture in India, a position held since October 2009, with previous roles including the HR Lead and India HR Service Delivery Lead. With extensive experience in human resources, Lakshmi has contributed to various capacities within Accenture since 2003, such as managing global talent strategies and serving as a business partner for BPO across the APAC region. Prior to joining Accenture, Lakshmi worked at iGATE Global Solutions and Nestlé in HR roles, focusing on talent management and leadership development. Educational qualifications include an MBA in HR from XLRI Jamshedpur and a B.Sc. in Economics from Presidency University, Kolkata.
