Malena Dubini Marchio is an experienced professional with a diverse background in psychology, human resources, and talent management. Currently serving as a Talent & Culture Analyst at Real Trends since July 2020, Malena specializes in recruitment strategies and end-to-end selection processes across Argentina, Mexico, and Brazil. Previous roles include providing customer support and satisfaction at Mercadolibre.com and serving as a psychotherapist, where individual, couple, and family therapy were conducted, supplemented by neurocognitive evaluations.
