Marja Hyvärilä has extensive experience in human resources, particularly within the Nordic Financial Services sector at Accenture, where roles have included Nordic Market Unit HR Lead and HR Business Partner for Nordic Financial Services. Responsibilities encompass overall HR management, demand and supply processes, and talent fulfillment. Prior to Accenture, Marja worked as a Leading Consultant at Net Effect Oy, specializing in project management and HR transformation. An earlier tenure at Accenture included roles in demand management and performance management as both an HR Business Partner and Business Analyst.
