Misty Sutton

Misty Sutton is an accomplished leader in global talent acquisition with extensive experience in recruiting for high-growth businesses. Currently serving as Program Lead for Reinvention Council SMD Recruiting at Accenture, Misty oversees the hiring of over 20 Senior Managing Directors for the North American Strategy Practice. Previous roles at Accenture include Global Recruiting Strategic Programs Lead and Global Head of Recruiting for Salesforce and Microsoft Business Groups, where Misty managed a global team of around 75 recruiters and delivered over 5,000 hires annually. Prior to joining Accenture, Misty held key positions at Cloud Sherpas, Innoveer Solutions, Forrester Research, Charles Sterling Group, and Adecco Staffing, developing expertise in sales recruitment and executive search. Misty holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and Photography from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
