Nadège Sueur

Nadège Sueur is a Strategy & Management Consulting Senior Associate at Optimind, part of Accenture, since March 2023, focusing on ESG within Risk Management and Savings & Retirement Expertise Centers. Previously, Nadège served as Project Leader at CNP Assurances from January 2021 to December 2022, leading initiatives in sustainable finance and compliance while enhancing ESG processes and governance. As the founder of HUMOUR by DESIGN Consulting & Innovation Lab, innovative strategies for sustainable business and team engagement were developed. Prior experience includes various roles at Allianz Trade, where Nadège contributed to digital transformation and product management, along with positions at BNP Paribas and other firms, building a comprehensive background in business strategy, product development, and innovation. Nadège holds a Master of Science from emlyon business school and various certifications in Six Sigma and data science.
