Nicky Ashton

Nicky Ashton is a seasoned professional with significant experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Managing Director and Client Account Lead for Social Services at Accenture since August 2022, Nicky has also held the position of Independent Director - Deputy Chair at The Co-operative Bank since July 2018. Previous roles include Business Owner - Programme Director ERP at ACC New Zealand, where Nicky led the delivery of a complex cloud-based integrated ERP system, and Head of Digital and Channel Operations at the same company, focusing on digital transformation and client engagement. Nicky's background also includes General Manager Marketing positions at Kiwibank and ANZ, along with a contract role as GM Marketing and Stakeholder Experience at Callaghan Innovation. Additionally, Nicky contributed as a Future Director on the Mercury NZ Board. Nicky's academic foundation includes a Bursary from Upper Hutt College.
