Nupoor Agarwal is a seasoned recruitment leader with extensive experience in executive search and talent acquisition across the Middle East and global markets. Currently serving as the Leadership Recruitment Leader for Accenture in the Middle East since June 2024, Nupoor previously held key positions such as the Head of Executive Hiring & Special Projects for TONOMUS at NEOM and Executive Search Lead for IBM in Europe, Middle East & Africa, where Nupoor oversaw the full life cycle of executive search processes. Prior roles include Talent Acquisition Lead at Dell and Senior Consultant at MRI Worldwide, where leadership roles for major IT multinationals were developed.
