Prerana Pradhan

Prerana Pradhan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. At Accenture, Prerana held positions as Senior Manager and Manager in Pharma R&D, specializing in strategy and consulting, where leadership was demonstrated through managing teams on various R&D initiatives, designing future state operating models, and driving client engagement for clinical trial strategies. As a Consultant, Prerana focused on business process design and technology transformations for major pharmaceutical clients. Prior to Accenture, Prerana worked as a Research Engineer at Massachusetts General Hospital, developing advanced cancer cell capture technologies. Prerana holds a Master of Engineering in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science in the same field from Rutgers University.
