Rasmus Olander

Rasmus Olander is a strategy leader with over 15 years of experience in enterprise transformation, productivity acceleration, and operating model innovation across global markets. They have served as the Nordic Lead for Accenture's Enterprise Operating Model & Productivity Strategy, focusing on organizational development and productivity improvements. Rasmus has held senior roles at Accenture, EY, and Orkla ASA, while also co-owning Maybourne and serving on the board of HHAB Holding AB. They earned a Master's degree from the School of Business, Economics and Law at Gothenburg University and completed an executive program at the Stockholm School of Economics.
