Ray Catalan

Ray Catalan is a seasoned technical architect with extensive experience across various high-profile roles in government and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Technical Architect at Accenture for HM Government since January 2025, Ray previously worked in positions such as Technical Architect at the Department for Business and Trade, Technical Strategy Architect at IBM, and Enterprise Architect at the Department for Education. With a background in infrastructure and solution architecture, Ray has contributed to numerous significant projects including a billion-pound datacentre virtualization initiative for the MoD Atlas programme and multi-million-pound projects for various government departments. Ray holds a BSc in Software Engineering from the University of Westminster.
