Sankara Narayanan

Sankara Narayanan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent strategy and human resources. As the Managing Director of Talent Strategy at Accenture from January 2016 to June 2025, Sankara focused on defining and executing talent ambitions aligned with market unit growth and profitability objectives. Prior roles included Talent Strategy Director and Head of Human Resources at the same company, where innovative talent transformation initiatives were implemented. Additionally, Sankara served as the founding President of the NHRDN Dubai Chapter from June 2023 to May 2024, successfully onboarding 1,000 members and organizing multiple events. Previous experience also includes serving as General Manager of Organizational Development and Change at United Spirits Limited, emphasizing workforce transformation. Sankara holds a PG Diploma in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a certification in Talent Management from the Global Talent Management Institute.
