Maria Carchidi

Maria Carchidi is an accomplished Talent Acquisition Leader with extensive experience in recruitment and talent strategy across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Metrolinx since May 2021, Maria leads a team of 48 professionals, aligning Talent Acquisition activities with the organization's strategic business goals. Previously, Maria held leadership roles at BMO Financial Group and Willis Towers Watson, where responsibilities included overseeing North American recruitment strategies. Additional experience encompasses managerial positions at KPMG and consultancy roles at Softchoice, Kelly Services, Adecco Employment Services, and Manpower. Maria Carchidi holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Ryerson University.
