Shyamala Iyer

Shyamala Iyer is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience at Accenture, where from April 2018 to June 2025, Shyamala held multiple roles, including Human Resources Team Lead, HR Partner Associate Manager, and HR Business Partner Specialist. In the capacity of Client HR Lead for major clients in the Capital Markets sector, Shyamala directed a team supporting 1,500 employees and focused on enhancing leadership effectiveness and promoting a high-performance culture.
