Sreela Chandran

Sreela Chandran serves as the Managing Director - Security Capability Lead at Accenture India since December 2017, where responsibilities include guiding capability development in security strategy, innovation, and talent transformation, while also leading engagements to support business growth. Previously, Sreela held various leadership roles at Accenture focusing on cloud-based managed security offerings, application security, and establishing best practices in security. Before joining Accenture, Sreela spent 17 years at Tech Mahindra, where notable achievements included managing a global delivery organization for enterprise security and risk management, driving growth initiatives, and enhancing security outsourcing services. Sreela's career began at Pragati Software and Tandon Information Solutions, with a strong foundation in programming and quality management. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai, an Honors Diploma in Systems Management from NIIT, and a Business Leadership Programme from XLRI Jamshedpur.
