Sunil Mallaiah

Sunil Mallaiah is the Senior Vice President at Anser Advisory, where they oversee operations and growth strategies, leveraging nearly 30 years of industry experience in Project and Construction Management. Previously, they held key roles such as Project Manager and Owner Authorized Representative at CMTS Inc., and Regional Director of the Facilities Services Division at the Los Angeles Unified School District. Mallaiah also served as Vice President of the Buildings Division at DHS Consulting, Inc., focusing on public and private projects. They earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Bangalore University and an MSCE from the University of Colorado Boulder.
