Tom Gibbs

Tom Gibbs is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and leadership roles across various prominent organizations. Currently serving as Head of Product - Leadership & Culture at Accenture, Tom has previously held significant positions including Head of Product and Senior Product Manager at YSC Consulting, and Senior Product Manager at SHL. Prior roles include Director of Service Development at CEB, now Gartner, and a series of consulting positions related to analytics and product design. Tom's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Modern History and Politics from the University of Reading, completed between 2001 and 2004.
