Traci Peterson

Traci Peterson is a senior leader in HR, currently serving as the Head of Global Benefits at Accenture, where they focus on deploying innovative global benefits strategies for over 700,000 employees across 60 countries. Traci's extensive experience includes roles such as Global Benefits and Mobility Director at Accenture and Benefits Director at Best Buy, where they led the design and strategy for various benefit programs. They have also administered retirement plans at Park Nicollet Health Services and Prudential. Traci holds an MBA in human resources from Metro State University and is pursuing a B.A. in HR Management and Economics at Minnesota State University, Mankato. Additionally, they served as an adjunct HR instructor at St. Paul College, where they taught various HR-related subjects.
