Trupti Biswas currently serves as AVP/District Partner HR Service Delivery & Human Capital Transformation at Accenture since December 2021. Prior to this role, Trupti was the Director of Resources Group Human Capital at General Atlantic from January 2019 to November 2021. Experience at WhiteCrow Research Pvt. Ltd spans from November 2010 to December 2018 as Manager Operations - Research & Recruitment, focusing on providing recruitment research and talent intelligence for executive search firms. Earlier positions include Account Manager at Hays Recruiting Expert Worldwide and Project Leader (Delivery Head - Research & Recruitments) at Boyd & Moore Executive Search, contributing to talent acquisition solutions in the APAC region. Trupti began a career in sales as Sales Manager for M/S AT Enterprises, a business partner of Ricoh India Ltd, from July 1999 to September 2002. Academically, Trupti holds a degree in Engineering with a specialization in Computer Technology from Datta Meghe Institute of Management and Research Studies, completed between 1990 and 1993.
