Pily Montiel

Pily Montiel has a diverse work experience, starting in 2014 as an Assistant Designer at Lisu Vega inc. They then progressed to the role of Junior Designer in 2015. In 2017, Montiel founded their own company, PM® Studio, where they served as the Founder and Director until 2020. Montiel then transitioned to the role of Operations Manager at WEPAH | Event Design & Planning Company from 2020 to 2021, followed by a promotion to Director of Operations from 2021 to 2022. Currently, Montiel holds two roles at Accern, starting in 2023. They serve as the Head of Operations and also as the Manager of the Office of the CEO.

Pily Montiel has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Florida International University, which was completed in 2012. In 2014, they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from The Art Institutes. In 2017, Pily obtained a Master of Science in Business Administration degree from Atlantis University, specializing in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Pily also holds additional certifications in Fashion Photography & Art Direction and Fashion Image & Styling from ISTITUTO MARANGONI MIAMI, obtained in 2019 and 2018 respectively.
