Ricardo Serna-Cruz

Ricardo Serna-Cruz has work experience at three different companies. Ricardo started their career at McDonald's Corporation in 2012, where they held the role of Manager from December 2012 to January 2016. In 2016, they joined JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Teller and later transitioned to the role of Banker from August 2018 to September 2019. Since 2019, they have been working at Accertify, Inc., starting as a Fraud Analyst and eventually being promoted to Fraud Analyst II. Currently, they hold the position of Fraud Strategist at Accertify, Inc. from April 2022.

Ricardo Serna-Cruz obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance, with a focus on General Finance, from Northeastern Illinois University. Ricardo completed their degree between the years 2013 and 2018.
