Aletta Marton is a seasoned Project Delivery Manager and Scrum Master at accesa.eu since November 2022, utilizing Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies to manage software development projects, ensuring effective execution through meticulous planning, monitoring, and risk management. Previously, Aletta served as a Senior Project Manager and Team Lead at Welocalize for five years, supporting the localization cycle for a global IT client and overseeing a team of project managers. Aletta's career began with roles ranging from Junior Project Manager to Customer Support Representative, accumulating a diverse skill set in project management, team leadership, and client relations. Aletta holds a Master's degree in Communication and Media Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Modern Languages from Babes-Bolyai University, complemented by a strong academic background in Mathematics and Computer Science.
