Cristina Ioaniciu

Cristina Ioaniciu is an accomplished HR professional currently serving as the International Recruitment Lead at Accesa.eu since July 2025, focusing on expanding talent acquisition globally, including a new regional headquarters in Uzbekistan. Previously, Cristina held the role of HR Operational Manager at Accesa from May 2015 to October 2021, where responsibilities included building a high-performance recruiting team and engaging with customer-facing teams for major global presentations. Earlier experience includes working as a Senior HR Consultant and Senior Recruiter at Sales Consulting, along with serving as Assistant CEO at A.I.S.A INVEST S.A. Cristina holds two master's degrees in Clinical Psychology and Management of Inclusive Institutions, as well as a bachelor's degree in Psychology and Science of Education from "Babes-Bolyai" University in Cluj-Napoca.
