Emmanuel Osei Yeboah

Emmanuel Osei Yeboah currently serves as the Assistant Director at Local Government Ghana since July 2022, while also holding multiple positions in the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority (DVLA) as National Service Personnel and previously as a Graduate Trainee. At DVLA, responsibilities included documentation of files, assisting with customer complaints, and handling vehicle licensing procedures. Concurrently, Emmanuel is a Sales and Marketing Intern at Access Bank Plc, focusing on customer relations and transactions, and has experience as a Student Intern in Human Resources at Graphics Communication Group Ltd. Additionally, Emmanuel undertook an internship as an Agric Officer with Opportunity International, showcasing a commitment to customer service. Emmanuel holds multiple leadership and management certifications from prestigious institutions, including Coursera, the University of Oxford, and Udemy, along with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Zenith University College and the University of Cape Coast.
