Inyang Etim (CAMS, CIPP) currently serves as the Head of Retail Compliance at Access Bank Plc, leading a team of 90 members in ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements within the retail sector of the bank. With a proven track record of establishing effective compliance programs, Inyang has successfully implemented standards and procedures to prevent and correct noncompliance. Prior to this role, Inyang worked at Diamond Bank Plc for over a decade, where responsibilities included serving as the Group Head of Administration Services and the Regional Head of Risk Asset Portfolio Monitoring Group. Inyang's educational background includes a Postgraduate Certificate in Management Studies from the University of Cumbria and a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of Uyo.
