Peter Lipsky

Peter Lipsky has an extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Peter is currently serving as the Senior Vice President - Head of Underwriting at Access Capital since January 2023. Prior to their current role, Peter worked at Access Capital, Inc. as the Vice President of Underwriting from September 1998 to January 2023. Peter also held the position of First Vice President at MTB Bank - Trading Alliance Division from August 1995 to August 1998. Before that, Peter worked as a Trade Finance Officer/Credit Manager at EcoTrade Credit Company from March 1994 to July 1995. Peter also served as Vice President at TRADELINKS 2000, Inc. from February 1991 to February 1994. Earlier in their career, Peter worked as a Regional Marketing Manager at ITEL Container Corporation from September 1990 to January 1991. Peter gained experience in the maritime industry as Pricing Manager at Crowley Maritime from October 1989 to August 1990 and as Equipment Operations Manager from June 1987 to September 1989. Peter's career started at United States Lines, Inc. where they held various roles including General Manager from June 1985 to May 1987, Operations Manager, East Coast Division from January 1985 to May 1985, and Export Manager from September 1983 to December 1984.

Peter Lipsky attended Boston College from 1978 to 1982, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing. Peter then pursued further education at the Fordham Gabelli School of Business from 1988 to 1991, completing their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance.
