Isabel Jimenez-Diaz

Isabel Jimenez-Diaz currently works at Access Community Health Centers as a Patient Services - Population Health role. Isabel has also been a member of Gamma Alpha Omega Sorority, Inc. since April 2017, where Isabel served as the Public Relations Chair. In addition, Isabel previously worked at People Program from June 2017 to May 2021 in various roles such as Site Assistant, Classroom Manager, and Residential Mentor. Isabel studied at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where Isabel earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Promotion and Health Equity, Chican@ and Latin@ Studies & Gender and Women Studies.
