LaTosha Jordan-Charles is an experienced Case Manager with a focus on supporting individuals in need of treatment services. Currently employed at Access Community Health Network since January 2011, LaTosha excels in encouraging patients who score high on screenings for substance use and mental health issues to pursue additional care. Previous experience includes working as a Case Manager at Children Home & Aid, where responsibilities involved managing a caseload of foster care clients and developing service plans, and at TASC, Inc., assisting ex-offenders with assessment and service planning. Additional roles as a Family Educator at Aunt Martha’s Youth Service, Inc., and a Juvenile Probation Officer intern at Cook County Municipal Circuit Court contribute to a well-rounded background in social services. LaTosha holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Governors State University and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree at the same institution.
