Troy Griffis

Troy Griffis has extensive work experience in finance and management roles. Troy is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Access Dental & Orthodontics since February 2021. Previously, they worked as the Director of Corporate Finance at Mavenir from October 2019 to March 2020, where they played a key role in financial reporting, cash flow forecasting, and pursuing an Initial Public Offering (IPO). Prior to that, they were the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Caliber Collision from October 2016 to October 2019, where they oversaw financial integration of new clinics and KPI reporting. Troy also held finance roles at CBRE, CompuCom, Hudson Advisors, LLC, Hillwood, and KPMG, gaining valuable expertise in portfolio management, valuation analysis, financial analysis, and more.

Troy Griffis began their education in 1999 at the University of North Texas, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance and Financial Management Services. During their time at the university, they also obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting and Control Systems, which they completed in 2005.

In 2003, Troy served as the Student Body President at the University of North Texas, focusing on subjects such as State and Local Politics, Institutional Budgeting, and Leadership.

Following their undergraduate studies, Troy undertook further education at the Investment Banking Academy in 2017. Troy completed a program focused on IB Financial Analysis, specializing in LBO, M&A, Valuation, and Integrated Financial Statement Modeling.

Currently, Troy Griffis is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Strategy & Finance at the Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business. Troy is anticipated to complete this degree in 2023.

In 2004, Troy briefly worked at the Washington, D.C. - U.S. Election Assistance Commission as an Assistant to the Executive Director, although the field of study for this position is not specified.
