Bhathiya Mettananda

Bhathiya Mettananda is an accomplished civil engineer with extensive experience in project management, planning, and design. Currently serving as Deputy Project Manager at Access Engineering PLC since November 2016, Bhathiya has been involved in significant projects including the reconstruction of Kochchikade Bridge, leading various planning and coordination efforts among stakeholders. Previous roles include Deputy Project Manager at Kent Engineers (Pvt) Ltd for a government road rehabilitation project and Site Engineer at Consulting Engineers and Architects Associated Limited on a major bridge construction project. Bhathiya's background also includes significant positions at Keangnam Enterprises Ltd where responsibilities spanned project planning, design, and site management.
