Harpreet Singh Sehra

Harpreet Singh Sehra has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Harpreet started their career at Serco as a Senior Customer Service Advisor before moving on to Fifth Generation Infrastructure Private Limited as an Administration Supervisor. Harpreet then joined Qi Spine Clinic as a Center Manager. In 2014, they started working at Access Tax and Accounting Limited, initially as an associate with PSC solutions in the UK and Norway and later progressing to the role of Head of Operations and Head of Research and Development. Since 2020, Harpreet has been working at Access Financial, where they currently hold the position of Business Unit Head and Manager of Payroll & In-house Tax Compliance. In these roles, they handle payroll for major countries in the EU, manages EU compliance, and is a Zoho Certified Developer. Harpreet is also involved in team management, business development, and process automation.

Harpreet Singh Sehra completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree from Maharaja Agrasen Himalayan Garhwal University between 2017 and 2020. Prior to that, they attended New Green Field Public School from 1995 to 2009, where they obtained their Higher Secondary degree with a focus on Mathematics and Computer Science.

In addition to their formal education, Harpreet has also obtained several certifications. These include an edX Verified Certificate for Becoming a People Manager from edX in August 2023, certifications in payroll administration for the United Kingdom, Sweden, and the Netherlands from the Global Payroll Association (GPA) in 2021, a Zoho Certified Developer - Associate certification from Zoho in June 2021, a certification in Python for Machine Learning from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee in July 2020, a Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from 6SIGMAstudy in June 2020, and certifications in Deluge programming and Zoho CRM Training Program for Small Business Owners from Udemy in May and April 2020, respectively. Harpreet has also obtained a Level C1 certification in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages from the British Council in January 2020 and a certification in Public Speaking from the British Council in October 2005. Lastly, Harpreet obtained a Nmbrs® Payroll Administrator certification from Nmbrs AB in February 2020.
