Rajesh Regalla

Rajesh Regalla has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly with Cipla, where tenure spanned from January 2011 to January 2017. As a Business Unit Head and Senior Director, Rajesh was a strategic partner in the leadership team for Super Specialty and Alternative channels, managing the Hospital Business portfolio, including ICU and Non-ICU injectables and oral medications. In the role of Divisional Business Head, Rajesh led a core leadership team overseeing operations for South 1 India, managing a team of four State Heads and achieving significant sales turnover exceeding 1000 Crores. Additionally, Rajesh contributed as the Head of Sales & Marketing for the Respiratory Division, launching a new sales structure for COPD within Cipla’s flagship division. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Marketing from Jobs in Warangal and a Bachelor of Communication from Osmania University.
