Michael Radocchio

Michael Radocchio has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies in the financial and technology sectors. Michael is currently serving as the Head of Professional Services at AccessFintech since 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Customer Success at PeerNova Inc from 2018 to 2020.

Before joining PeerNova, Michael held multiple roles at Traiana from 2010 to 2018. Michael started as a Project Manager, implementing executing brokers to the CLS Aggregation and NetLink retail aggregation services. Michael then progressed to become a Program Manager, overseeing Traiana's Buy Side FX ClientLink and CCP Connect Programs, which catered to various post-trade workflows. In their last role at Traiana, they served as the Head of Professional Services, Americas, managing a global team of Program and Project Managers and driving revenue delivery.

Prior to Traiana, Michael worked for Misys Banking Systems as a Project Manager from 2000 to 2010. Michael started their career as a Senior IT Auditor at Barclays Capital in 1999 and worked as a Product Analyst at Financial Sciences Corporation from 1996 to 1999.

Michael Radocchio received their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Boston College, where they studied from 1993 to 1996.
