Sarit Rotem

Sarit Rotem is currently the HR Manager at Access Fintech. Prior to that, they were the Employee Experience Lead at Zerto from August 2017 to November 2019. There, they were responsible for leading HR processes, employee recognition, budget management, and setting up work-related practices with various departments. Sarit was also responsible for the company's annual EKO event.

Before their time at Zerto, Sarit was the HR & welfare manager at Allot Communications from February 2014 to August 2017. There, they were responsible for the entire field of welfare in Israel and globally. Sarit continually adjusts the Welfare programs to a dynamic, fast-growing company, while still maintaining a personal touch.

They work with Chris Bujakowski - CFO, Paynter Higgins - EVP, Global Enterprise Sales, and Damian Canning - Global Head of Sell-Side Strategy. Sarit Rotem reports to Roy Saadon, Co-Founder & CEO.
