Olga Tsirogianni

Olga Tsirogianni currently serves as the Head of Human Resources for Greece and Cyprus at IBM since February 2025. Prior experience includes the role of Associate Director of Talent Acquisition for EMEA at Concentrix from January 2023 to April 2025, managing recruitment across multiple countries. Olga's background also encompasses a significant tenure as Country Human Resources Manager at TTEC, where responsibilities included leading HR, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll departments while scaling the Greek office to a workforce of 1,000. Additional roles range from HR Manager at Excite Holidays, Team Leader of Recruitment at ManpowerGroup, and HR & TA Specialist at TP, to recruitment consultancy for Norman Broadbent Plc. Olga holds a Master of Laws from the University of East London and a PhD in Human Resources and Organization Performance from the University of Macedonia, alongside other degrees in international HR management and business administration.
