Dr. Hala Zaid is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in leadership and consulting roles. Currently serving as an International Consultant for ACCESS Health International since September 2023, Dr. Zaid is also the CEO and Founder of Authentic for Development and Management of Medical Projects, a position held since 2022. Dr. Zaid's previous roles include Director at The Executive Board of the Health Minister’s Arab Council, Minister of Health and Population in Egypt, and Chairman of both the Arab Company for Drug Industries and Medical Appliances and VACSERA. Additionally, Dr. Zaid served as Chairperson for significant committees within the World Health Organization and the African Union, focusing on health initiatives and polio eradication. Dr. Zaid's educational background includes a Doctorate in Business Administration from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, leadership training from Harvard Medical School, and various degrees in Medicine and Hospital Administration.
