Fleur Bake

Fleur Bake is an accomplished entrepreneur and data intelligence consultant, currently serving as the Founder of Techspread, where the focus is on transforming companies through data-driven processes. Additionally, Fleur founded Kenjedata Academy, offering a wide range of learning activities and coaching for data professionals. As a Co-founder and Fieldcoach at Data Trainee, Fleur has been integral to the organization since 2024. Fleur also holds the position of Chair and Founder of Data Community Twente, fostering regional knowledge sharing in data. As a member of Talent Group Twente, Fleur contributes to local talent development. Previous experience includes ownership of Brandspread and a role as an event organizer and marketing coordinator at Easyfairs Netherlands, overseeing multiple trade fairs in the technical, transport, and automotive industries. Fleur's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics from Utrecht University and an International Master's in Multichannel Marketing Management from MIP Politecnico di Milano.
