Daria Hamulska

Daria Hamulska has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Daria is currently a Talent Acquisition Expert and TA lead at Access Microfinance Holding AG since 2018. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager and TA Lead at door2door | the mobility company from 2017 to 2018. In 2017, they were a Recruitment Team Lead/Senior Recruitment Manager at DIVIMOVE, where they built the recruitment process from scratch and achieved significant hiring results. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as a Project Manager and Recruitment Campaign Lead at Clariness, managing recruitment campaigns across 31 countries. Daria also has experience as a Human Resources Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager at NGA Human Resources from 2012 to 2014, where they coordinated a team of 20 and made significant contributions to employee retention and service delivery.
