Warren Leicester

Warren Leicester is a seasoned operational leader with extensive experience in the mining industry, having held key roles such as Project Manager at Byrnecut Mining and General Manager International at Downer. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Access Mining, they focus on contract management and operational excellence. Warren has also contributed to the development of future leaders through mentorship and sits on the Board of Directors for Whole Self, a pioneering initiative for high-functioning ASD and ADHD teens. Their educational background includes a Graduate Membership in Company Governance from the Australian Institute of Company Directors and studies in Business/Commerce at The University of Western Australia.
