Serena Mezza

HR Business Partner, People Experience at Access Partnership

Serena supports the People Development Team as the EMEA HR Assistant. She focuses on all aspects of HR Support including visa processing, onboarding, contracts, and HR analytics as well as taking part in People Experience projects. She has a MSc in Human Resources and Employment Relations, and she is fluent in English, Spanish and Italian. Prior to joining Access Partnership, she lived, worked, and studied between Rome, Milan, Madrid, and London. This provided her with a wide understanding of how influential cultural differences are from an international working perspective and helped her develop her interest in DEI.
